Receiving Orders:

Our sales department is on staff Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. We try to ship all orders the same day if placed before 4:00pm, but due to heavy order periods, orders may be delayed and ship out the next day. Provided you supply a correct email address you will be notified by email at every stage of the order process from pending to delivered. We will contact you by phone or email if your order is back­ordered, and give you other options for fulfilling your order.

 

PO Boxes:

Due to shipping service policies, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. You must provide a physical shipping address.

 

Tracking Numbers:

We will provide tracking numbers for your order upon request as soon as they become available. The tracking numbers will be provided to the email address that you enter on your order.

 

Shipping Area:

We normally only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All orders received with an invalid address or outside the United States or Canada will be canceled if we are not contacted prior to the order being placed. Our normal shipping area does not include US Territories such as Puerto Rico. If you want to place an order outside the United States or Canada please feel free to contact us, as we can discuss options we may have.

 

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive a package that has been damaged, please call our sales office to report the damaged product so that we can make arrangements for a replacement.

Stipulations Regarding Exchanges:

On all merchandise, exchanges only are allowed for the following valid reasons: Defective merchandise (not due to customer negligence), or receipt of an incorrect order.

 

Initiating An Exchange:

Any and all exchanges on merchandise must have prior approval from one of our sales representatives. Please contact one of our sales representatives to initiate an exchange and for further instructions.

 

Exchanges Without Approval:

Items that we receive without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned at customers expense.

All new merchandise sold on BeachGroomer.com comes with a manufacturers warranty ranging from one to two years depending on the manufacturer and product line. No other warranties are expressed or implied by BeachGroomer.com.

All warranty items are shipped via ground service unless the customer requests otherwise and is willing to pay the additional related costs.
